Opportunity description
The German Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen – ifa) has announced that applications are now open for the CCP Fellowship 2027 for Lebanon, part of the CrossCulture Programme, an international cultural and professional exchange initiative designed for professionals and volunteers working in Lebanese civil society organizations. The fellowship aims to develop participants' professional skills, strengthen international cooperation, and promote intercultural knowledge exchange.
The program allows participants to spend two to three months at a host organization in Germany or one of the partner countries, where they can participate in training workshops, professional meetings, and networking activities with experts and international organizations.
The program offers 50 to 60 fellowships annually to participants from more than 40 countries. The 2027 fellowships will primarily take place in person, with the possibility of digital participation depending on individual circumstances and travel restrictions.

Eligibility criteria
According to the official CCP Fellowship Announcement for Lebanon, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Be at least 23 years old at the time of application.
Have at least two years of documented professional or volunteer experience with a civil society organization in their home country.
Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Be able to stay abroad for a relatively extended period.
Not be enrolled as a university student.
Not receive any other similar funding during the fellowship year.
