Clark University in the United States offers a range of scholarships and financial aid opportunities for international undergraduate students who wish to begin their university studies in the U.S.
All admitted students, regardless of nationality, are automatically considered for Merit Scholarships without the need to submit a separate application for most awards. The university also provides additional need-based financial aid for some international students.
One of the most notable opportunities is the Presidential Scholarship, a highly competitive award granted to approximately 3 to 5 outstanding students each year. It covers full tuition, as well as on-campus housing and meals, for all four years of undergraduate study.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be applying to an undergraduate program at Clark University.
- Applications are open to students of all nationalities.
- Submit a complete undergraduate admission application.
- Provide academic transcripts covering the last three years of study.
- Submit two letters of recommendation: one from a school counselor and one from a teacher, or two academic recommendations if a counselor is not available.
- Provide proof of English language proficiency if English is not the applicant’s native language.
- Complete the International Student Certification of Finances and Financial Assistance Application Form after submitting the admission application.
- Demonstrate strong academic achievement, along with outstanding personal and leadership qualities, to compete for the university’s highest merit scholarships.
