Stowarzyszenie Europa Iuvenis, in cooperation with Fundacja Eklezja, has announced the opening of applications for a funded team volunteering opportunity under the European Solidarity Corps program in the village of Bukowina Tatrzańska, Poland, during September 2026.
The volunteering project will take place near the Tatra Mountains in a rural and mountainous area known for its natural scenery and open spaces, making it suitable for young people interested in outdoor activities, community work, and cultural exchange.
Volunteers will help deliver language and cultural workshops for children in schools, support environmental initiatives by assisting with the maintenance of tourist trails in cooperation with national park services, and organize community events in partnership with the local scouting center.
This short-term international volunteering opportunity is suitable for young people who want to experience Polish culture and community life, develop their leadership and organizational skills, and work within a multicultural team. Knowledge of Polish is not required, but applicants should have a basic or good level of English that allows them to communicate effectively.

Duties & responsibilities
Volunteer responsibilities include:

- Supporting educational activities in local schools.
- Cooperating with children, young people, and members of the local community.
- Assisting in the organization of community activities and events.

- Participating in environmental initiatives and activities.
- Helping maintain and clean tourist trails.
- Cooperating with the authorities responsible for the national park.
