TechUp program, a pathway program under the Abdulla Al Ghurair Foundation’s NOMU initiative, offers a fully funded online scholarship under the name "TechUp Scholarship". The program aims to train 20,000 Emiratis and Arabs residing in the UAE in various digital fields. In addition to enhancing their skills to become leaders and entrepreneurs in the future. TechUp is offered by Udacity and seeks to help boost employment opportunities in the technology sector in the UAE.

Eligibility criteria
- This program is exclusive to Emiratis & Arabs Residing in the UAE.
- This program is designed to upskill citizens of the UAE (Emirati youth between 18 to 35 years old).
- There are no technical prerequisites to enter.
- It's preferred to have basic computer skills like managing files, navigating the Internet, and running programs.
- The student’s journey will be as follow:
- Foundation Phase (6 weeks of learning): (students can enroll in one or more specializations).
- Nanodegree Phase (From 3 to 4 months of learning).
