Eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- Be a Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, or Palestinian citizen.
- Be permanently resident in Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, or Palestine.
- Syrian applicants living outside Syria may be eligible to apply in certain cases due to the current circumstances.
- Palestinians residing in Israel are eligible to apply.
- Palestinians from Gaza who have been displaced to other countries since 2023 are eligible to apply.
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree equivalent to at least a UK 2:1, or be in the final year of their undergraduate studies.
- Have relevant work or volunteering experience related to the field they wish to study.
- Have a clear career plan for after returning to their home country or region.
- Demonstrate leadership potential.
- Apply to an eligible Master’s programme at one of the Foundation’s partner universities.
