The government of Azerbaijan has opened applications for the 2026-2027 session of the "Heydar Aliyev – International Education Grant Program." This prestigious fully funded scholarship aims to enhance human capital development in other countries by supporting the education of foreign nationals in Azerbaijani higher education institutions. Each year, over 100 international students benefit from this initiative, with scholarships available for undergraduate, master's, doctoral, and medical residency studies.
