Fully funded scholarships for Egyptian students in Russia provided by the Russian government

The Central Administration for Scholarships announces scholarships to obtain (Bachelor's degree-University degrees in any of the different disciplines) or master's or doctoral degrees for Egyptian students in Russia from the Russian government.

The scholarships bear what is not borne by another party by completing the value of the grant provided by the Russian side according to the executive program for the scholars who were selected through the central administration of the scholarships.

Note: Any students who apply in any way other than the way permitted by the Central Administration of Scholarships won't be funded by this scholarship.

Note: The Central Administration of Scholarships will not bear any expenses related to granting a bachelor's degree.

• You must be Egyptian.
• If you apply for master's or doctoral scholarships, you must work in one of the entities included in the scholarship plan.
• If you apply for master's or doctoral scholarships, your period of service in the employer shall not be less than one year.
• Your age should not be more than 21 years old, and not less than 18 years old if you apply for a bachelor’s scholarship, not more than 30 years old if you apply for a master’s scholarship, and not more than 33 years old if you apply for the doctoral scholarship.
