Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale Forlì-Cesena has announced the opening of applications for a funded international volunteering opportunity under the European Solidarity Corps program in Forlì, Italy, from September 2026 to July 2027.
This opportunity is suitable for young people interested in digital media, communications, social media management, youth work, and event organization. The volunteer will work within the department responsible for managing the European Solidarity Corps program and will contribute to communicating with volunteers and young people interested in European opportunities, as well as preparing promotional and informational content and materials.
The volunteer will also help manage the project’s Facebook and Instagram pages and blog, publish news, articles, opportunities, and events, and assist in organizing activities that promote intercultural dialogue, solidarity, and active citizenship.
This volunteering opportunity in Italy provides free accommodation in a private room, a monthly food allowance, daily pocket money, and a bicycle for transportation around the city. Duties & responsibilities
The volunteer’s responsibilities include:

- Managing and updating the project’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
- Updating the blog dedicated to European Solidarity Corps opportunities.
- Writing and publishing news, articles, opportunities, and events.
- Preparing digital content related to volunteering and youth work.
- Designing and preparing promotional and informational materials about the organization’s activities.
- Assisting in the organization of youth and cultural events.
- Supporting activities that promote intercultural dialogue and exchange.
- Promoting the values of solidarity and active citizenship.
- Communicating with volunteers participating in projects outside Italy.
- Communicating with young people interested in ESC opportunities.
- Providing young people with information about European volunteering opportunities.
- Supporting communication with young people interested in the Italian Civil Service program.
- Contributing to the organization’s media campaigns and communication activities.
- Collaborating with staff members and other volunteers.
- Participating in meetings, training sessions, and internal activities.
