CENTRUM INICJATYW MIĘDZYKULTUROWYCH HORYZONTY is offering an international volunteering opportunity under the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) program, titled Broaden Our Horizons 2026/27, in Poznań, Poland.
The program aims to promote intercultural understanding, support non-formal education, and engage young people in organizing community, cultural, and artistic activities. Volunteers will participate in educational activities for children, young people, and seniors, as well as contribute to social media management and the organization of local events.

Duties & responsibilities
- Organizing non-formal educational classes and activities for children, young people, and seniors.
- Providing language-learning activities and introducing participants to the volunteer’s home culture.
- Organizing workshops on human rights, environmental issues, and recycling.
- Participating in the organization of cultural, artistic, and social events.
- Assisting with social media management and content creation.
- Documenting activities and events through photography.
- Communicating and collaborating with artists, activists, and community organizations.
- Contributing to the organization of cultural exchange programs and international training activities.
Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be between 18 and 30 years old at the start of the activity.
- Applicants must be legally resident in one of the eligible participating countries.
- Have an interest in non-formal education, organizing cultural events, or social media.
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Be willing to work with children, young people, and seniors.
- Demonstrate initiative and teamwork skills.
- Respect cultural diversity, equality, and non-discrimination.
- Advanced professional experience is not required; applicants with a strong motivation to learn are welcome to apply.
- Applicants must be registered on the European Solidarity Corps portal.
