Funded Cultural Exchange Fellowship in Germany for Algerians in 2027 with a Monthly Stipend of €650

The German Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen – ifa) has announced that applications are now open for the CCP Fellowship 2027 for Algeria, part of the CrossCulture Programme. The fellowship aims to support professionals and volunteers working in Algerian civil society organizations by developing their professional skills, promoting cultural exchange, and strengthening international cooperation.

The program allows participants to spend two to three months at a host organization in Germany or one of the partner countries, where they can participate in training workshops, professional meetings, networking activities, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

The program offers 50 to 60 fellowships annually to participants from more than 40 countries. It covers various fields, including media, culture, human rights, peace, sustainable development, and civic engagement.

According to the official CCP Fellowship Announcement for Algeria, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:

1. Be at least 23 years old at the time of application.

2. Have at least two years of documented professional or volunteer experience with a civil society organization in their home country.

3. Demonstrate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

4. Be able to stay abroad for a relatively extended period.

5. Not be enrolled as a university student or receive similar funding during the fellowship year.
