Opportunity description

The German Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen – ifa) offers professionals and volunteers working in Tunisian civil society organizations the opportunity to participate in the CCP Fellowship 2027 for Tunisia, part of the CrossCulture Programme. The fellowship aims to develop professional skills, strengthen international cooperation, and promote the exchange of knowledge and experience among organizations and participants from different cultural backgrounds.

The program provides selected participants with the opportunity to spend two to three months in Germany or one of the partner countries, where they work with host organizations in their respective fields, gain new practical experience, and explore different professional approaches and practices. Participants also take part in training workshops, specialized meetings, and networking events that help them build professional connections.

Each year, the program welcomes 50 to 60 participants from more than 40 countries. It seeks to strengthen the capacities of civil society professionals and enable them to apply the knowledge and experience gained during the fellowship to develop their organizations and community initiatives after returning to their home countries.

The 2027 fellowships are scheduled to take place in person, with the possibility of digital participation depending on individual circumstances and travel restrictions.
