Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) in Beijing, China, offers a One-Semester Study Program under the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship. Eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- Be non-Chinese citizens.
- Have no criminal record.
- Comply with Chinese laws and university regulations.
- Be in good physical and mental health.
- Have a good academic and conduct record.
- Be interested in the Chinese language, Chinese language education, or related fields.
- Be between 16 and 35 years old as of September 1, 2026.
- The maximum age may be extended to 45 years for currently employed Chinese language teachers.
- Hold HSK Level 3 with a minimum score of 180.
- Submit an HSKK score.
- Applicants who have received a similar scholarship within the previous three years are generally not eligible for the one-semester study program.
