The German Institute for Foreign Cultural Relations (Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen – ifa) offers professionals and volunteers working in Moroccan civil society organizations the opportunity to participate in the CCP Fellowship 2027 for Morocco, part of the CrossCulture Programme. The fellowship aims to develop professional skills, promote the exchange of knowledge and experience, and build international partnerships between organizations and communities.
The program provides participants with the opportunity to spend two to three months in Germany or one of the partner countries, working with host organizations in their respective fields. During the fellowship, participants gain exposure to new professional experiences and practices while taking part in workshops, training activities, and interactive meetings that help expand their knowledge and professional networks.
Each year, the program welcomes 50 to 60 participants from more than 40 countries, aiming to strengthen the role of civil society and enhance the capacities of its professionals. It also encourages participants to transfer the knowledge and skills they acquire to their local organizations and contribute to the development of community initiatives and projects after completing the fellowship.

Eligibility criteria
According to the official CCP Fellowship Announcement for Morocco, applicants must meet the following eligibility requirements:
Be at least 23 years old at the time of application.
Have at least two years of documented professional or volunteer experience with a civil society organization in their home country.
Demonstrate proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Be able to stay abroad for a relatively extended period.
Not be enrolled as a university student.
Not receive any other funding, such as another fellowship, during the fellowship year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Extensive experience in social or community work.
An existing or planned collaboration with an organization in the host country.
Additional language skills, particularly proficiency in German.
