Opportunity description

Teatr Brama Association in Goleniów, Poland, announces a one-year individual volunteering opportunity under the European Solidarity Corps program. The opportunity is aimed at young people interested in theatre, arts, photography, video, social media management, design, music, and cultural work.

Benefits

Duties & responsibilities

  • Participate in the daily life of Teatr Brama cultural and theatre association.
  • Support the organization of weekly theatre workshops with different age groups.
  • Assist in creating and organizing cultural and community events.
  • Participate in photography, video production, and graphic design work.
  • Support social media management and digital communication.
  • Assist in organizing a theatre festival.
  • Learn how to write funding applications and cultural project proposals.
  • Lead or support workshops with the local community.
  • Develop an individual or group project based on the volunteer’s interests.
  • Participate in travel and cultural exchange activities related to the project.

Eligibility criteria

  • The applicant must be interested in theatre, arts, or cultural work.
  • The opportunity is suitable for photographers, video makers, graphic designers, social media managers, actors, musicians, and cultural workers.
  • The applicant must have a clear desire to learn, contribute, and create.
  • The applicant must be able to work within a team and live in a shared community environment.
  • The applicant must be willing to share skills and experiences with others.
  • Interest in non-formal education and community work is important.
  • The applicant must be able to take responsibility and show initiative in developing their own learning experience.
