The Future For Nature Foundation has opened applications for the new cycle of the Future For Nature Awards 2027, one of the leading international competitions and awards recognizing young people who have achieved tangible results in wildlife protection and biodiversity conservation.
The award targets individuals leading successful initiatives to protect wild species or restore ecosystems. It provides substantial financial support to help recipients expand the impact of their work, along with international recognition and membership in a global network of nature conservation leaders. This opportunity is especially suitable for individuals seeking international competitions and awards related to the environment, sustainability, and field-based species conservation.
The foundation selects three winners each year, and each recipient receives EUR 50,000 to support their future conservation work. Winners are also invited to present their projects at the awards ceremony in Arnhem, the Netherlands, in May 2027, with all travel and accommodation expenses fully covered.

- Show leadership, innovation, and initiative.
- Have an existing and active body of conservation work, rather than only an idea or proposed project.
- Be able to communicate effectively in English, both in writing and speaking.
