Opportunity description

The Headway Institute of Strategic Alliance (HISA) has opened applications for the Future Diplomats Forum 2027 (FDF 2027), an international forum focused on diplomacy, international relations, public policy, leadership, and multilateral cooperation. The forum will take place in Geneva, Switzerland, from February 10 to 13, 2027.

The forum is open to students, graduates, young professionals, youth leaders, and individuals interested in diplomacy, policy, and international affairs from all nationalities. It offers participants the opportunity to gain insight into the international diplomatic environment, take part in sessions, workshops, negotiation training, and diplomatic simulations, and connect with participants from different countries.

The forum offers 250 supported participation opportunities, including 50 fully funded seats, 100 partially funded seats, and 100 Forum Access seats. Applicants are not required to submit IELTS or TOEFL scores.

Participants selected under the Fully Funded category will receive:

  • Program-related transportation.
  • Full access to the forum and its activities.
  • A certificate of participation.
  • Networking and speaking opportunities.

However, international airfare is not covered under this category.

100 Forum Access Seats

This category includes:

  • Visa support.
  • An official invitation letter.
  • Meals during the forum.
  • Access to forum sessions and networking activities.
  • A certificate of participation.
  • Forum materials and participation opportunities.

Participants in this category are responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Eligibility criteria

Applicants are eligible if they:

  • Are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Are of any nationality worldwide.
  • Come from any educational or professional background.
  • Are able to attend the full program in Geneva from February 10 to 13, 2027.
  • Have a good working level of English.
  • Hold a valid passport, preferably valid for at least 6 months beyond the intended travel date.
