Anthology Magazine is accepting entries for the Anthology Photography Competition 2026, one of the international photography awards and competitions open to photographers of all skill levels from around the world.
This year’s competition is held under the theme “The World As You See It”, inviting distinctive standalone images that reflect each photographer’s personal perspective on the world. Entries will be judged based on quality, creativity, originality, and visual and emotional impact.
The competition welcomes work across a wide range of photography styles, including street photography, landscapes, nature and wildlife, macro photography, lifestyle photography, objects and still life, architectural photography, as well as composite, panoramic, or technically manipulated images. Creative interpretations of the competition theme will receive additional consideration from the judging panel.

Eligibility criteria
The competition is open to:
- Photographers of all skill levels.
- Professional and amateur photographers.
- Applicants of all nationalities.
- Photographers residing in any country around the world.
- Applicants of all ages, as there is no age limit for participation.
Entries must meet the following requirements:
- The work must be original and created by the person submitting it.
- Each entry must contain one image only.
- The image must not be sourced from stock photography.
- The image must not contain a visible watermark, as judging is conducted anonymously.
- The work must not be generated using Generative AI.
- Composite photography is permitted.
- Applicants may submit an unlimited number of entries, with a separate fee required for each submission.
Image Requirements
Images must be submitted electronically according to the following specifications:
- File format: JPEG or PNG.
- Initial resolution: 72 dpi.
- Maximum file size: 4 MB.
- Finalists will be required to submit the original image at 300 dpi in RAW, JPEG, or TIFF format.
