Key Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively in teams with experienced consultants on client-facing engagements.
- Assisting in the execution of project scopes utilizing relevant and innovative software/technology tools.
- Engaging in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and solutions with team members.
- Identifying improvement areas to enhance client's service delivery, organizational frameworks, technology, governance, control mechanisms, and process efficiencies.
- Conducting research and gathering evidence to scrutinize client's problem perspectives effectively.
- Managing project controls, including tracking, reporting, risk, and budget analysis.
- Interfacing with client personnel across various levels through interviews, meetings, and workshops.
- Developing and presenting client deliverables such as data models, reports, and presentations.
- Contributing to the development of client proposals.

Eligibility criteria
- Undergraduate, Honors, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Science, or equivalent fields.
- BCom degrees in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Management Accounting, Finance, or equivalent areas.
- Master’s in Industrial Psychology or HR with allowances for current students completing their studies.
