London Design Awards 2026: International Design Competition

The London Design Awards have opened submissions for the second season of 2026, welcoming designers, creatives, architects, studios, companies, and students from around the world, including applicants from Arab countries.

The awards are considered one of the leading international competitions in design and innovation. They aim to recognize projects that combine creativity, aesthetics, functionality, and impact. Entries are accepted from a wide range of professional backgrounds, whether the applicant is an independent designer, student, hobbyist, team member, or representative of a company, agency, or manufacturing organization.

The London Design Awards cover a broad range of disciplines, including architecture, interior design, product design, graphic and visual communication design, packaging design, user experience and user interface design, service design, landscape design, conceptual design, and video design. Submitted work must have been completed after January 1, 2021, meaning within the five years preceding the competition.

Eligibility Requirements

• The competition is open to participants from all countries, including Arab countries.

• The project must have been produced after January 1, 2021.
• Applicants may submit either a completed project or a work in progress, provided the selected category permits it.
• Applicants must own the rights to the project or obtain permission from the employer or client.
• All submitted information must be accurate and clearly presented.
• The entry fee must be paid before the application can be finalized.
• There are no announced restrictions based on nationality or professional background.

Submission Requirements

Applicants are generally required to prepare the following:

• The project name.
• The name of the designer, team, or company.
• The selected main category and subcategory.
• A brief project description.
• An explanation of the design concept and objectives.
• A description of the challenges addressed by the project.
• Details of the project’s innovative and original elements.
• An explanation of the materials or technologies used.
• A description of the project’s impact or benefits.
• High-quality project images.
• Plans, diagrams, or illustrations, where necessary.
• A video or website link if the project is digital or interactive.
• An English translation or description for work submitted in another language.
• Valid login details if the submitted link is password-protected.
