Porto City Council and Cityscopio-Cultural Association announce the Luis Ferreira Alves International Photography Competition, a biennial event honoring Luis Ferreira Alves’ legacy. The competition invites photographers worldwide to capture unique perspectives on architecture.
Each submission must be a series of 5 to 7 photographs, including a descriptive text communicating the essence and concept of the architectural work depicted. All projects must be submitted via the competition platform. The competition is free to enter.
Prizes: 1st Prize 10,000€; 2nd Prize 4,000€; 3rd Prize a photographic equipment voucher worth 1,500€.

Eligibility criteria
