You must follow these criteria:

1. Above legal age of majority in the country of residence.
2. HECO Hackathon accepts early-stage and senior projects such as all kinds of Gamefi projects and improved NFT projects.
3. You should submit a Demo video and demo pitch.
4. Your video should include a demo of your working application.
5. Include a link to your code and testing instructions needed for testing your project.
