UniSysCat is offering Clara Immerwahr Award serves as a leading example of the promotion of
outstanding young female scientists in the field of catalysis and is another successful
measure taken by UniSysCat aimed at advancing female researchers.

15.000 Euro for a research stay at UniSysCat.
Eligibility criteria
We expect applications of postgraduate female researchers with no restrictions to nationality or home institution who are not older than 40 years.
Application documents:
The application must include:
- application letter,
- tabular curriculum vitae,
- letter containing a one page summary of the candidate's achievements,
- project description (max. 2 pages) including specific aims of the research stay at UniSysCat,
- publication list,
- three published papers (PDF files),
- two letters of recommendation.
The application and all submitted documents must be in English.
About UniSysCat:
UniSysCat is a cluster of excellence within the framework of the German excellence strategy researching the field of catalysis. It involves senior and junior researchers from the four universities in Berlin and Potsdam, the Charité, and the research institutes FHI, MPI-KGF, HZB, and FMP, providing expertise, methods, and approaches from molecular and structural biology, biochemistry and biophysics, chemical synthesis, physical and theoretical chemistry and physics, as required for a highly
interdisciplinary program.
UniSysCat’s research program consists of five interconnected research units that are defined by distinct combinations of chemo- and biocatalysis, ground and excited state reactions and signal-controlled multicomponent catalysis.
