Scholarship in France 2027 Worth €1,000 per Month

The École Normale Supérieure – Paris Sciences et Lettres University (ENS-PSL) in France has announced the opening of applications for its International Selection Program for 2027. The program offers academically outstanding international students the opportunity to pursue their studies in Paris in the fields of sciences, arts, and humanities.

Selected students will receive a monthly scholarship of €1,000 for three years, along with a room in one of the institution's student residences. They will also benefit from an advanced academic and research environment, with the opportunity to earn a master's degree and the École Normale Supérieure Diploma upon completion of their studies.

Applicants must meet the eligibility requirements specific to the academic track they wish to pursue.

1. Eligibility Requirements for the Sciences Track

1. Applicants must be under 26 years old when applications open.

2. Applicants must have completed at least one year of university studies at an institution outside France at the time of application.

3. Applicants must have completed at least two years of university studies by the time they enroll in the program.

4. Applicants must not have studied or been enrolled in a secondary school or university in France for more than six months in total during the academic year of the selection process or the preceding academic year.

5. Applicants must not have previously applied to the International Selection Program.

2. Eligibility Requirements for the Arts and Humanities Track

1. Applicants must not have reached the age of 26 when applications open.

2. Applicants must have completed at least three years of university studies in a degree program outside France. Students currently in their third year are also eligible to apply.

3. Applicants must not have resided in France for more than 10 months during the academic year of the selection process or the preceding academic year.

4. Applicants must not have previously applied to the International Selection Program.

5. Applicants must submit a research proposal that meets the specified academic requirements.
