International Children’s Drawing Contest in Its13th Edition and the Chance to Exhibit your Works Keith Haring Museum

Nakamura announces the opportunity for creative children to participate in the 13th edition of a competition entitled "The 13th Nakamura Keith Haring Collection International Children’s Drawing Contest". This competition is officially recognized by the Keith Haring Foundation and has many children from all over the world submit their best works each year. It gives a chance to expand their creativities through art to step into the future.

Competition Theme:

The theme of 2021: From Now On

• Will things change from now on?
• What is going to happen to the future?
• What is going to happen to the animals?
• What is going to happen to nature?
• When does the change start?
• This moment?
• Today? 
• This year?

If you are among the winners, you will the chance to:

• exhibited your works in the museum along with the collection of Keith Haring's artwork.

You must follow these instructions:

1. The size of the artwork must be no larger than A4 (21.0×29.7cm).
2. Two-dimensional work only (Watercolors, oil painting, crayons, color pencils, collages, prints etc.).
3.  Drawing must be by the entrant and must not be shown or published elsewhere.
4. Include your work and entry sheet in high-resolution PDF format.
5. All rights of entered artwork belong to the organizer.
6. Entered artwork will not be returned.

Please note:

• The winners will be contacted by September 30th, 2021.
• Award Ceremony: October 30th, 2021.

Competition Categories:

1. Division I Ages 4-8.
2. Division Ⅱ Ages 9-12.
3. Division Ⅲ Ages 13- 18.
