The 7th International Cartoon Festival, and a Chance to Win to Valuables Prizes

Raed Cartoon is pleased to announce the 7th International Cartoon Festival "Smile of the Sea" Russia 2022 and the Cartoons competition on the sidelines of the festival. This time, the competition will be held on the theme "Pandemic", submit your work, and get a chance to global communication.

At the end of the festival:

• Winners and participants will receive festival diplomas and a catalog.
• The best works will be awarded:
• Special prizes.
• Certificates.

You should follow the following terms: 

• Works are accepted until August 15, 2022.
• Technical requirements for works: 
• A4 format for originals and their copies.
• Size 21 x 29 cm.
• In JPEG (300dpi) for works in electronic form.
• Please note: The selection of cartoons at the exhibition and the determination of the winners is conducted by a specially invited jury.

Raed Cartoon is a website interested in the field of cartooning in addition to the artist's news and festivals all over the world, founded by the Syrian artist Raed Khalil. Raed Khalil is a Syrian cartoonist born in Syria on March 1, 1973 who started working in publications in 1988. As well, founded the website “Syria Cartoon” and founded the International Cartoon Competition in Syria in 2005.
