The HeroX Competition in video-editing and Win $1500

HeroX is offering competition in video-editing which are interested in attracting a breadth of editing, filming, and animation talents, ranging from basic video editing skills all the way to the creation of high quality, visionary compositions. 

Timeline:

• Open to submissions August 31, 2021
• Phase 1 Submissions due October 21, 2021 @ 5pm ET
• Phase 1 Judging October 26 - November 8, 2021
• Phase 1 Winners announced November 9, 2021
• Phase 2 Final Submissions due December 9, 2021 @ 5pm ET
• Phase 2 Judging December 9-13, 2021
• Phase 2 Winners announced December 16, 2021

• First place 1 X $1500 $1500
• Second place 2 X $750 $1500
• Third place 2 X $250 $500

• The challenge is open to all adult individuals, private teams, public teams, and collegiate teams.
• Teams may originate from any country.
• Submissions must be made in English.
• No specific qualifications or expertise in the field of video editing is required. 
• Submissions must be made online, via upload to the HeroX.com website before October 21, 2021.
• All uploads must be in .MP4 format.
• This challenge allows only one submission per individual/team.
