Culture Resource offers the Wijhat program to support the travel and mobility of artists and cultural actors from the Arab region, with the aim of helping them participate in artistic and cultural events inside or outside the Arab region. The program enables participants to present their work to new audiences, develop their professional paths, experience cultural exchange, and connect with potential institutions and partners in the cultural and artistic fields. The program provides 25 to 30 grants annually across three rounds.

- Artistic residencies.
- Forums, conferences, and seminars.
- Workshops aimed at creative and artistic production.
- Training and capacity-building workshops.

- Possibility of receiving a recommendation letter from Culture Resource to support the visa application after signing the contract and when needed.
Eligibility criteria
- The applicant must be from one of the Arab countries, from all ethnic backgrounds, with no exclusion of non-citizens.
- The applicant may live inside or outside the Arab region.
- Either the departure country or the destination country must be in the Arab region.
- The grant is available to individuals or groups/teams.
- The program targets artists from various artistic fields, such as performing arts, visual arts, literature, music, and others.
- The program targets independent cultural actors or those working in cultural initiatives or institutions.
- Applicants under the age of 18 may apply, provided that they attach written approval from a parent or legal guardian.
- Previous recipients of the Wijhat grant may not apply again until 16 months have passed since receiving the grant.

- An official invitation from a partner or host in the destination country.
- Copy of passport.
- Detailed travel budget according to the template attached to the application form.
- Program of the event to be attended, such as the festival or conference program, if available.
- Detailed CV.
- List of previous works or links to audio or visual works published online.

- From an Arab country to another Arab country.
- From an Arab country to a country outside the Arab region.
- From a country outside the Arab region to an Arab country.
