Film Free Way invites amateur and professional filmmakers to participate in the Zuma Film Festival which is being held in Nigeria by the Nigerian Film Corporation (NFC) from 1-7 December 2021. This year's theme is 'Show the Money'.
Over the years, the festival has been strongly positioned as a respectable platform for the African Film industry in line with Nigeria’s status as the largest film market in Africa. The name Zuma was derived from ZUMA ROCK, a landmark at the outskirts of the Nation’s Federal Capital. Abuja, the host city, has state-of-the-art infrastructure; a well-structured and accessible network of roads, film scenery, and exotic world-class hotels to comfortably play host to the festival’s teeming visitors from across the world.

Eligibility criteria
- Feature and Documentary films produced between January 2, 2020, and June 30, 2021, are eligible for entry in the Competitive Category.
- Only those persons whose names are on the credit title of the film/video shall be eligible for the competitive awards.
- The ZUMA Film Festival Technical Committee reserves the right to reject any film/video which is incompatible with the aims of the festival or which in the opinion of the organizers, is offensive.
- Once a film/video had been entered. It cannot be withdrawn from competition during the festival.
- No film/video may be screened during the Festival outside the Festival's official theatres before its official presentation.
