Korean Federation of Design Industry Associations - KODIA

The Korean Federation of Design Industry Associations (KODIA) is a Korean non-profit organization specialized in the design sector. It was established in 1994 with the aim of supporting design companies and designers and promoting the development of the design industry in Korea. The organization works to encourage cooperation among design companies, improve the quality of design services, support innovation, and strengthen the role of design in improving quality of life and economic development. KODIA organizes the Global Design iT Award, an international design award that aims to discover designers and creative companies that present design projects with social impact and public value, while promoting international exchange in the field of design. The award covers multiple fields, including product design, visual communication design, environmental design, service design, AI and new media design, ESG design, and safety design.
