About the organization
Malaysia Technical Cooperation Programme is a government initiative launched by the Malaysian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1980 with the aim of strengthening international cooperation and supporting human capacity development in developing countries. The program provides scholarships, professional training, and development programs for students and professionals from around the world, with a focus on education, technology, economics, management, and sustainable development. MTCP aims to promote the exchange of knowledge and expertise between Malaysia and participating countries while helping prepare qualified professionals capable of supporting economic and social development in their home countries through high-quality education and training at Malaysian institutions.
