About the organization
The Women For Africa Foundation is a private non-profit organization created in 2012 by María Teresa Fernández de la Vega, former vice president of the Government of Spain. Its main objective is to contribute to the development of the African continent through the support and accompaniment of its women, who constitute its great engine of progress. It works on its own programs and through strategic alliances or collaborations with other organizations that share this objective, always having the contribution of social value and innovation as a key element.
