The Save Our Seas Foundation is a philanthropic organization committed to protecting the world’s oceans. It was founded in Geneva, Switzerland, on 23 September 2003. The Save Our Seas Foundation has been dedicated to protecting life in the oceans, especially sharks and rays. ​It supports passionate and innovative researchers, conservationists, and educators around the globe by funding their projects and helping them to tell important scientific and environmental stories.
