2022 is the year of the 17th edition of the World Press Cartoon which once more will take place in the Portuguese town of Caldas Rainha. The salon continues to offer an appealing structure of 10 prizes, including a Grand Prix of 10.000 Euros. At a particularly difficult period for journalism worldwide, in a time of multiple crisis in Media, Health, Economy and Politics, the World Press Cartoon goes on being a beacon for freedom of expression. As always, distinguishing, exhibiting, spreading out and rewarding the best editorial cartoons.
