What are the Program Requirements?
Requirements vary depending on the selected master's program, but in general applicants are expected to:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the chosen program.
- Submit official academic transcripts showing completed courses, grades, and credit hours/ECTS credits.
- Provide course descriptions or an academic module handbook.
- Submit an up-to-date CV (1–2 pages).
- Have relevant professional experience:
- At least 6 months at the time of application.
- At least 12 months before final enrollment.
- Submit a GRE score for certain programs, except for specific programs such as MPA and RCE, or for graduates of the German Engineering College.
- Demonstrate English language proficiency through one of the following:
- TOEFL iBT: minimum score of 90.
- IELTS: minimum score of 6.0.
- Cambridge, PTE, or other recognized equivalent certificates.
- Submit a motivation letter explaining the reasons for choosing Germany, RWTH Aachen University, and the selected program.
