For the academic year, 2021/2022 IED – Istituto Europeo di Design and Accademia di Belle Arti Aldo Galli are offering 38 scholarships covering 50% of the tuition fee and 29 Tutor positions covering 50% of the tuition fee for Masters courses held in Milan, Florence, Rome, Turin and at Accademia Galli in Como. The Tutor is a regularly enrolled student that fits into the training processes ensuring a steady presence who becomes a reference point for other students, the academic staff, and teachers. A motivated, resourceful, outgoing, and reliable person with good interpersonal skills, excellent relational abilities, and content transfer skills.

Benefits
- IED and Accademia Galli offer a reward n. 67 Scholarships covering 50% of the tuition fee for the chosen course. Winners of Scholarships have to pay the enrolment fee plus half of the tuition fee.
- For biennial courses, the renewal of the Scholarship is guaranteed (exception made for the enrolment fee, which is always excluded from Scholarships) only if the student passes all the exams planned in the study plan for the first year with an average mark not inferior to 28/30. If these conditions are not satisfied, the Scholarship will not be confirmed.
Eligibility criteria
- Participation is strictly reserved to all Candidates who have reached 18 years at the moment of application, in possession of a bachelor's degree or - equivalent qualification - or having job experience in the relevant field.
- Candidates have to meet the specific requirements fixed in the guidelines and informative materials of every single course.
- Candidates need to show proficiency in the course language (B2 level minimum is demanded).
- Students who are already enrolled in a 1st Level Master course are not allowed to be enrolled in a Master course or in other academic and Afam courses at the same time.
- IED and Accademia Galli employees and consultants are not allowed to participate in the Contest.
Selection Criteria:
- An online test will be held mainly based on topics related to each candidate's path of interest.
- The jury will evaluate the assessment with a score from 0 to 5 according to the following criteria:
- problem-solving.
- aptitude for teamwork.
- communication skills.
- Students will also be asked to join an online selection interview with the course coordinator and will be evaluated with a score from 0 to 5 according to the following criteria:
- the motivation of the candidate
- The intellectual vividness and personal interest
- design aptitude
- portfolio (if required)
- skills related to the course of interest.
