These scholarships are intended for non-Moroccan students with strong academic records who wish to pursue their studies in Morocco. Recipients are selected based on the strength of their academic performance, admission results, and scholarship interview, with a limited number of scholarships available for international students.

Master’s Programmes Eligible for International Students

Eligibility criteria

To compete for the scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be an international student who does not hold Moroccan nationality.
  • Apply to and be admitted to one of the eligible graduate programmes.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or an equivalent qualification.
  • Have a strong academic record after secondary school.
  • For applicants from the American academic system, a CGPA of 3.50 out of 4.00 or higher is required for scholarship consideration.
  • For applicants from French academic systems, a distinguished academic record is required in accordance with the university’s criteria.
  • Perform strongly in the admission and scholarship interview.
  • Demonstrate the ability to study in English in accordance with the programme’s admission requirements.

Scholarship Renewal Requirements

To maintain the scholarship during the study period:

  • Students must maintain a semester SGPA of at least 3.50 out of 4.00.
  • If the SGPA falls between 3.00 and 3.49, the student may be placed on scholarship probation.
  • Failure to restore the required GPA may result in the reduction or suspension of the scholarship.
  • The scholarship may be awarded for a maximum of 4 academic semesters.
  • Students receiving a tuition waiver or a higher level of financial support may be required to work on campus for 10 hours per week, equivalent to 160 hours per semester, without additional pay as part of the scholarship package.
