Caneva Ride International Cartoon Contest with Prize Pool of €1000 and an Exhibition

Raed Cartoon has announced that 9TH CANEVA RIDE content 2022 Italy is accepting entries. Theme: opportunity makes thief.

• FIRST PRICE euro 600,00
• SECOND PRICE euro 250,00
• THIRD PRICE euro 150,00
• The premium is gross of withholding tax, according to the tax legislation in force in the relevant countries.
• The Jury reserves the right to report further works, which will not receive cash prizes. During the exhibitions of the works there will be the possibility for visitors to indicate their favorite work.
• The authors, participating in the competition, give the non-exclusive right to publish the works on any support for promotional purposes of the Pro Loco Castle without having anything to claim as copyright.
• Opening of the exhibition and prize giving will be held Saturday,29/7/ 2022 at Villa Frova, Caneva.

1. The award is open to all cartoonists of the world from 16 years old. Participants can apply individually or in groups (in case of several authors, the referent for all communications with the award’s promoters shall be indicated).
2. Up to three unpublished works, realized by any technique, color or black and white, which haven’t been awarded in other prizes.
3. The maximum format shall be A4 (21x29.7 cm).
4. The works must be received no later than midnight on 26/6/2022.
5. The individual files must not exceed the weight of 5 MB. For more works proceed with individual submissions.

"Syrian cartoonist” was born in SYRIA 1/3/1973 and had begun the publication since 1988. He is a director of Syria cartoon website: http://www.raedcartoon.com/ and the director of Syrian International Cartoon Contest. On 2005 He organized the first SYRIAN International Cartoon Contest.
