The Turkish National Agency for Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps is accepting applications for WE NEET YOU: Seminar on Pathways for NEET Youth, which will take place in Ankara, Türkiye, from October 20 to 24, 2026.
The seminar is designed for youth workers, professionals, and practitioners working with or interested in young people who are currently Not in Education, Employment, or Training (NEET). It aims to strengthen participants’ understanding of the challenges facing NEET youth and develop practical approaches for reaching, engaging, and supporting them in finding pathways toward education, training, employment, and greater participation in society.
Benefits
Accepted participants from eligible partner countries, including eligible Arab countries, receive:
- Travel cost coverage to and from Türkiye in accordance with program rules.
- Accommodation throughout the activity.
- Accommodation in single rooms.
- Coverage of meals and food during the program.
- Coverage of the training program and related activities.
- No participation fee for participants from eligible Partner Countries.
- Participation in an international event bringing together 50 participants from different countries.
- Opportunities to exchange experiences and network with professionals working in youth work and social policy.
- A Youthpass certificate documenting the skills and competencies developed during the activity.
Eligibility criteria
Applicants should:
- Be from one of the eligible participating countries or regions.
- Be a professional or practitioner working in a relevant field such as youth work, social services, research, policy, or project management.
- Have an interest in issues affecting NEET youth.
- Be motivated to develop their skills in reaching, engaging, and empowering young people.
- Be available to participate for the entire seminar from October 20 to 24, 2026.
- Be able to communicate and actively participate in English, the official working language of the seminar.
