FASPE – Fellowships at Auschwitz for the Study of Professional Ethics offers the Business Fellowship 2027, an intensive two-week international program focused on professional ethics and ethical leadership in the business sector.
Fellows take part in a study program in Berlin and Poland that includes daily seminars, visits to historical sites, and discussions on the responsibilities of companies, managers, and decision-makers, while connecting historical lessons to contemporary ethical challenges in the business world.

Eligibility criteria
Applicants should be interested in pursuing a career in the business sector and fall into one of the following categories:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA or another business-related graduate program.
- Hold an MBA or another relevant graduate qualification and currently work in the business sector.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree and currently work as a professional in business.
- Be in the early stages of their career, generally with no more than 10 years of total professional experience.
- Demonstrate leadership potential, intellectual openness, and a willingness to engage respectfully and maturely in complex ethical discussions.
