Eligibility criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree from a recognized educational institution.
- Normally have a Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Have achieved at least 73% in the Master’s program, or the equivalent according to the university’s grading system.
- Demonstrate strong ability and potential in academic research.
- Provide a strong academic recommendation, particularly from the supervisor of a research-based M.A.Sc. program.
- Identify a qualified faculty member who is willing to supervise the research, as securing a doctoral thesis supervisor is an essential admission requirement.
