PhotoVogue opens applications for the MENA Panorama 2026 competition, a regional open call for image-makers from the Middle East and North Africa region and the diaspora connected to the region. The competition aims to highlight the diversity of visual voices in the region and present works that reflect identity, belonging, memory, social transformations, visual culture, or personal and collective experiences.
The open call accepts photography, video, and multimedia projects across various fields, such as fashion, documentary, portraiture, fine arts, and experimental practices, provided that the works have a clear point of view and a strong visual language.

Eligibility criteria
- Applicants must be artists, photographers, or video makers from the Middle East and North Africa region.
- Members of the diaspora may apply if they have a genuine and meaningful connection to the region.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Applicants may submit photography, video, or multimedia projects.
- Previous applicants to PhotoVogue opportunities may apply again with a new project.
- Works generated entirely by artificial intelligence are not accepted.
Required Materials
- A photo series of up to 15 images.
- Or a combination of photos and video for multimedia projects.
- Or a short promotional video of 60 seconds.
- Project and applicant information through the Picter platform.
