Opportunity description

4 Tomorrow Association announces the opening of applications for the Poster for Tomorrow 2026–2027 competition, an international poster design competition under the theme “Dignity.” The competition aims to encourage designers and creatives to use graphic design as a tool for raising awareness and encouraging discussion around issues of human rights, justice, respect, and human dignity.

Responsibilities

  1. Design an original poster on the theme of human dignity.
  2. Commit not to publish or share the poster on social media before the results are announced.
  3. Do not add the designer’s signature or copyright mark to the poster.
  4. Do not use any logo within the design, whether the Poster for Tomorrow logo or any other organization’s logo.
  5. Submit the work according to the required technical specifications: JPG format, RGB colors, size 2953 × 4134 pixels, and 150 DPI resolution.
  6. Ensure that the design is in vertical format only.

Benefits

  • Application is free and open to everyone.
  • Opportunity to participate in an international design competition with a humanitarian and social focus.
  • The best works may be selected among the top 100 posters, which will be announced in January 2027.
  • An exhibition of the top 10 posters and a press conference will be organized in Lecce, Italy, during October.
  • Opportunity to showcase your work to a global community of designers and people interested in human rights and social design.

Eligibility criteria

  • The competition is open to everyone from all countries around the world.
  • Designers, design students, artists, and creatives are eligible to participate.
  • Applications may be submitted individually or as part of a team/studio.
  • Each participant may submit up to 6 posters, with a recommendation not to submit designs that are too similar, as this may reduce the chances of selection.
