Opportunity description
The Simon Architecture Prize has announced the opening of nominations and participation for its sixth edition in 2026, held under the theme “Living Places.”
The prize highlights architectural projects that stand out for their ability to improve users’ lives and create places with human and social value, rather than focusing only on architectural form or the aesthetic appearance of the building.
Architectural projects may be nominated by architects, project owners, users, collaborators involved in their implementation, or anyone who believes that the project deserves to participate. After nomination, the prize administration contacts the architects responsible for the project to complete the application file.
The prize is open to architects of all nationalities and countries of residence. However, the project itself must be located in one of the eligible regions: Europe, Mexico, Brazil, or Morocco. Morocco is the only Arab country eligible in terms of project location for the 2026 edition.
