منح دراسية للفلسطينيين في رومانيا للعام 2024/2025

• The scholarship is for all foreign citizens except the EU and EFTA member states.
• Priority is given to citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA states that don’t have an agreement with Romania for cultural and educational cooperation.
• Persons not eligible for this scholarship:
• Romanian citizens or persons that belong to historical Romanian communities located in the vicinity of Romania.
  • Citizens that have applied for or are under a form of protection in Romania.
  • Stateless persons who are permitted to stay on the Romanian territory and recognized according to the Romanian law.
  • Member/family members of diplomatic and consular corps accredited in Romania, member/family members of the administrative and technical personnel of the diplomatic missions and consular offices accredited in Romania.
  • Citizens that have benefited from the Romanian state`s scholarship for the same cycle of studies;
  • Citizens who have a long-term residence permit in Romania.
• Level of studies covered by this scholarship:
• Bachelor's degree:
  • For all graduates of high school or other equivalent pre-university studies, as well as candidates registered in the education system with fees in foreign currency for university studies in Romania.
  • The full program lasts over 3-6 years, depending on the profile of the college chosen.
• Master's degree:
  • For graduates of undergraduate degree studies.
  • The duration of the program ranges from one and a half to two years and ends with passing the thesis examination.
• Postgraduate studies/residency:
  • For graduates from medical, dental/dental, and pharmacy degree programs.
  • The program duration is 3 to 6 years depending on the chosen specialty.
• PhD:
  • For university graduates/postgraduates – Master’s program.
  • The program lasts 3-5 years, depending on the profile of the selected faculty, and ends with passing the doctoral dissertation examination.
  • You should have initial approval from the scientific coordinator and pass the admission exam.
  • Priority areas: applications of candidates wishing to study economics and business administration, agricultural sciences, technical sciences, oil and gas will be promoted as a priority.
• The study language for all courses will be the Romanian language.
• The candidates who don’t know the Romanian language are entitled to a preparatory year, before the requested academic level.
