Integral Somatic Psychology

Integral Somatic Psychology (ISP) is an organization specializing in training based on the Integral Somatic Psychology approach, which focuses on integrating the body, emotions, and awareness into psychological work to improve therapeutic outcomes and help individuals better manage different experiences and emotional responses. The ISP approach was developed by clinical psychologist Dr. Raja Selvam.
