About the organization
The John Ruskin Prize is an international multidisciplinary art award established in 2012 through an initiative by The Guild of St George. It operates under the administrative umbrella of The Big Draw, with support from the Trinity Buoy Wharf Trust, while Parker Harris is responsible for organizing and managing the prize. The award focuses on supporting and showcasing the work of artists, designers, and craftspeople whose creative practices extend beyond a single artistic category. Eligible disciplines include painting, photography, sculpture, printmaking, design, textiles, digital art, installations, performance art, and more.
