<a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Egypt" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Egypt</a>&#39;s Supreme Council of Culture announces the opening of the 2019 animation <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">competition</a>. The purpose of the competition is to make a film that discusses one of the issues of Egyptian society and presents a solution using modern programs and techniques. The prize for this competition is up to 25,000 LE.<h3>Conditions:</h3><ol><li>The film tackles one of the following issues in Egyptian society (population problem, extremism, rumors or environmental pollution) and expresses ways of solving them using modern technologies and programs.</li><li>The duration of the film should not be less than three minutes and not more than five minutes.</li><li>The film should have been executed during 2017/2018.</li><li>The competitor should present four copies of the film on a CD.</li><li>The competitor must not&nbsp;have submitted the same film to another competition until the result of the competition is announced, and a declaration from him/her about this shall be attached.</li><li>The competitor shall submit a declaration that he has not received any prize in other competitions for the submitted film.</li><li>Works are not&nbsp;refunded after being checked.</li></ol><h3 dir="LTR">Prizes:</h3><ol><li dir="LTR">The first prize is 25000 LE.</li><li dir="LTR">The second prize is 15000 LE.</li><li dir="LTR">The third prize is 10,000 LE.</li></ol>See more <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Scholarships">scholarships</a> available on For9aSee more available<a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Egypt">&nbsp;jobs in Egypt</a> on For9a
