Fulbright is offering fully-funded Master’s Degree Scholarships for Jordanians to study in the United States for the new academic year. All fields of study are accepted, except for Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Dentistry, and any clinical field which includes practicum or requires direct interaction with patients or ends up with earning a license to practice a medical profession in the U.S.


This scholarship covers the following:

  • Securing university placement at U.S. universities.
  • Registration and tuition fees.
  • Monthly stipend that covers accommodation and living expenses.
  • Health insurance for the 2-year grant period.

Note: Make sure to have your TOEFL/IELTS and your GRE/or GMAT score reports ready and attached to your application, and remember to add the institutional codes, available on the Fulbright website, once you register/sit for the (iBT) & (GRE) or (GMAT) tests. This will enable us to officially receive your score reports. 

Letters of recommendation should be typed and listed on the forms included in the application form.  Applicants should personally write/author their essays and fill out their info.  Do not plagiarize.

The required documents:

  1. Official and certified university transcripts in English. You will be asked to upload a scan of these documents; however, hard copies should also be mailed, couriered or hand-delivered directly to the Fulbright office in Jordan.
  2. Three letters of recommendation.
  3. GRE score report which qualifies you for graduate study in the United States.
  4. Preferably an English proficiency score report should be submitted: TOEFL (iBT) or IELTS- Academic.
  5. A detailed CV/Resume.
  6. Portfolio: Candidates applying for a Masters of Fine Arts (MFA) degree must submit a portfolio showing his/her work in previous years.
  7. Two essays written in English by the applicant: “Personal Statement/Motivation letter” and “Study and Research Objectives”.

The application cycle starts on February 3rd, 2019. Deadline is May 31st, 2019.
