The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program is part of the Fulbright Program and allows experienced mid-career professionals to spend a non-degree academic year in the United States.

Applicants must:

1. Be Tunisian citizens and currently reside in Tunisia.
2. Hold an undergraduate university degree.
3. Have full-time professional experience, typically at least five years.
4. Be at the mid-career stage of their professional journey.
5. Demonstrate a record of leadership, management, or public service.
6. Have sufficient English-language proficiency for academic study and professional communication.
7. Commit to returning to Tunisia after completing the program.
8. Not hold U.S. citizenship or permanent residency in the United States.
