This internship provides students and recent graduates with hands-on experience in data analysis, salary studies, policy reviews, reporting tool development, and process improvement through the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in an international work environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in human resources, compensation and benefits, and artificial intelligence applications.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of Arabic is considered an asset.
